Hiatus

...Not that I'm around much anyway. Well, I lurk a lot, but I tend not to comment or post much. Shyness + ADD = not the best recipe for LJ success.
Anyway, I won't even be lurking for the next week or so because I'm leaving tomorrow for an eight-day geology field trip. I think I'll enjoy it, although I'm not so enthusiastic about the fact that I'll only have a day to recover before lectures start up for the year.

Naruto is really annoying right now. It keeps looking like Sakura's finally going to do something awesome, and then Kakashi or Sai or someone will show up and stop her because she's not strong enough/it isn't her fight/whatever.
Having said that, if Sakura and Karin become friends after this chapter I'll be pleased.

FMA... wow. I honestly didn't think the apocalypse would actually happen - I thought they'd all be able to prevent it. It expect it'll still be reversible, but still.

I have finally seen The End of Time - it was a pain having to wait a month and a bit for it to screen over here after hearing so much about it. I'm not really a Doctor/Master shipper but I did love the "get out of the way" bit and the Master's Heroic Sacrifice (or whatever it was). The meetings with all the various companions were pretty cool, especially the Rose and Sarah Jane ones. *wants to watch the Sarah Jane Adventures now - as in, even more than before*. Sure, the episode had plotholes you could drive a bus through, but it was a good send-off for Ten. And I did like Eleven.

xxxHolic is interesting, but I wish Himawari would show up. At least we know now where she is and why she hasn't appeared already and that my OT3 isn't dead yet, but I want to know what she looks like as an adult.
